In the case of a customer being unsatisified with their order, HairByLetta LLC do offer even exchanges. We will request three photos and a video of the product. Within 72 hours the customer will receive our companys feedback. If in favor of the customer's concerns, we will ship out a new order, in exchange for the previous order purchased
