HairByLetta LLC main goal is to build trust, and reassure that our customers can purchase their orders in confidence. We do not issue out refunds because we constantly check our products to ensure the customers satsifaction. In the case of a customer being unsatisified with their order, HairByLetta LLC do offer even exchanges. We will request three photos and a video of the product. Within 72 hours the customer will receive our company's feedback. If in favor of the customer's concerns, we will send out new product, in exchange for the previous order purchased.
